Step-help options may include Explain, Why, Similar example, Common mistake, Next step, and Intuition. These features are available to all users, do not reduce solve allowance, and are educational explanations generated from the current problem context.
Payments and Activation
Premium orders may be created through the website and activated after payment confirmation through a payment provider webhook or administrative process. Payment provider terms, fees, refunds, dispute handling, and payment data processing may be governed by that provider.
Refunds
Refund availability depends on the payment method, provider rules, local requirements, and whether Premium solves have already been used. Contact us with the order reference if you need help with a payment issue.
Acceptable Use
